If you're clearing out a mid-size home, doing a multi-room declutter, or tearing down a small shed, the 15 yard handles it comfortably.
Every 15 yard rental includes 1 ton (8,000 lbs) of weight allowance. If your project involves heavier materials like tile, concrete, or roofing shingles, you may want to step up to the 18 yard, which includes 2 tons. Overage on the 15 yard is $95 per ton, prorated.
