Terms of Service
Service Agreement
By renting a dumpster from Iron Eagle Dumpster Rentals, you enter into a service agreement with us to provide roll-off dumpster rental and delivery/pickup services. Our standard rental period is up to 7 days from the delivery date. Extensions beyond 7 days are available by contacting us at (972) 955-3882 or [email protected]. All rentals are subject to availability and confirmation of booking details through our online system at m-o-dumpster-rentals.booqableshop.com.
Weight Limits and Overage Charges
Each dumpster rental comes with a 4-ton (8,000 lbs) weight limit per load. Our trucks have a 4-ton lift capacity. Loads exceeding this limit will incur an overage charge of $95 per ton (prorated for partial tons). Overage charges will be added to your final invoice. We reserve the right to refuse pickup of any load that exceeds safe weight limits for our equipment and drivers.
Prohibited Materials
The following items are prohibited in your dumpster rental and may result in additional fees or service refusal: concrete, rocks, dirt and heavy soil, heavy metals, roof shingles in quantity (more than one roofing bundle), hazardous waste materials, used tires, car batteries, and any other materials deemed unsafe or illegal to transport. If prohibited materials are discovered during pickup, we will not complete the pickup and will contact you regarding removal or an additional fee to dispose of these items properly.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring safe and accessible placement of the dumpster at your location. Our driver will place the dumpster where you direct, but you must ensure the ground is level and stable to prevent tipping or damage. You agree not to overfill the dumpster beyond its capacity and not to place any prohibited items inside. You also agree to ensure that the rental area is clear of vehicles, obstacles, and people during delivery and pickup.
Damage and Liability
You are responsible for any damage to your property or others' property that occurs as a result of the dumpster placement you directed. This includes damage to driveways, landscaping, structures, or utilities. Iron Eagle Dumpster Rentals is not liable for such damage. If damage does occur, you agree to work with us in good faith to resolve the matter. We maintain insurance for our equipment and vehicles, but our liability is limited to direct damage caused by our negligence, not by placement or use decisions you made.
Rental Period and Extensions
Your standard rental period is 7 days from the delivery date. If you need to extend your rental beyond 7 days, please contact us as soon as possible. Extension availability and pricing will depend on scheduling. Early pickup is available at no additional charge if you no longer need the dumpster.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled delivery time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery may result in a cancellation fee. To cancel or modify your order, contact us at (972) 955-3882 or [email protected].
Service Area Limitations
Iron Eagle Dumpster Rentals provides service throughout Denton County, Texas, including Denton, Frisco, McKinney, Lewisville, and Allen. Service outside of Denton County is available on a case-by-case basis and may incur additional mileage fees. We will confirm service availability for your specific address before finalizing your booking.
Pricing
All pricing quotes are valid for 7 days from the date provided. Prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of booking and may vary based on location, dumpster size selected, and any additional services requested. Overage charges for weight will be calculated and added to your invoice following pickup.

When you submit a contact form on our site, the form data is processed by Netlify Forms. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services at their respective websites.
No Sale of Personal Information
Iron Eagle Dumpster Rentals does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information is used only to provide the services you request.
Contact Form Data
When you submit a contact form on our website, the information you provide (name, email, phone, message) is collected through Netlify Forms and sent to us via email so we can respond to your inquiry. This data is retained only as long as necessary to respond to and process your request.
Cookies and Tracking
Our website uses minimal cookies. When you visit our site, you may receive cookies from Google Fonts and the Tailwind CDN used for styling and typography.
